As grad trip plans twist and turn, it has directed us back to where I left my heart – Paris!
Okay not entirely, the plan is eastern Europe but of course I will squirm my way miraculously back to the land of arrogance. Ah, whiffs of aroma!!!
We don’t have solid plans yet but I’d really loooooooooove to stay there for almost a week. There’s just so much I didn’t do or didn’t do much of that I’d really like to.
- High tea at Laduree
- Picnic at Jardin du Luxemburg
- Sunset at Sacre Coeur
- Ferry ride on Seine (wow I didn’t do this at all!)
- Take a book and lie on the grass below the Eiffel
- People-watch at cafes
- Go to a lot of bakeries!
- Rent bikes to cycle around
- Visit cemetries (they’re gorgeous and I always pass them by on the train!)
- Visit people who are still there and do whatever they wanna do with them <3
Argh. I cannot wait. Now I need to study my ass off for French. Thank goodness I’m taking it this semester! This time I’m gonna go there and be able to read signs and ask for directions, HELL YES! I can’t believe I’m revisiting my beloved Paris! I should start to study my Paris map hung above my bed…
Okay now the other plans just have to fall into place.
